Report atlas

A fixed sequence so systems reporting work ends with artefacts your team owns—not a deck that expires when the consultant leaves.

Sunlit office desks ready for collaboration
  1. Scope — name the stuck pack

We begin with one pack or KPI your team cannot settle: a disputed board number, a metric that flipped after cutover, or a catalogue nobody owns. Breadth stays intentionally narrow.

  2. Access — read-only by default

You grant temporary read access to warehouse extracts, reporting tools, and relevant schedules. Write access to production systems is not required for atlas or audit work.

  3. Inventory — surface the contradictions

Sources, joins, refresh windows, and metric definitions are listed before recommendations. Synonyms and silent gaps appear here, not as a Friday surprise.

  4. Plan — rank by board impact

Fixes are ordered by how much they change decisions you make this quarter. Cosmetic renames wait behind broken refresh jobs and identity resets.

  5. Handoff — artefacts stay with you

You leave with written definitions, validation checklists, and a walkthrough. We do not keep operating your stack unless you separately book Reporting Desk Hours.

Ready to open an atlas entry?

Most teams begin with Systems Report Atlas. If a single board KPI already disagrees with the floor after a cutover, tell us which metric and we will suggest a Metric Continuity Audit instead.
